Begin by installing the UnHush app from the Zoom App Marketplace. Click here to install it
Allow permissions
During the installation, the app with request access permissions for recording sessionsand accessing Zoom Data. Click “Allow” to proceed.
Login to Unhush
Use your registered Unhush credentials to login. If you don’t have an account, sign up here
Select a client
From the dropdown menu, select the client whose session you’ll be recording.Ensure the details, such as client name and session time, are accurate.
Confirm Consent
UnHush requires client consent to use the platform for note-taking. If the client has consented, the recording begins for note-taking purposes. If they decline, you can still take personal notes using the app while the session is in progress
Start Recording
Once the session begins, Unhush will record the session for note-taking. It will redact all personally identifiable information while generating the provider and client notes.
Add Personal Notes
While the session is in progress, you can write personal notes in the designated section.These notes will be included in your provider notes.
Finish Recording
At the end of the session, click “Finish Recording”
Access your notes
All session notes will be available on the UnHush platform. Log in to UnHush to review, edit, or share your notes. Steps to access notes:
Once logged in, you will land on your dashboard. Under the YOUR CLIENTS section, you will see a list of all your clients..
Each client is represented by a collapsible card. To view a particular client's details, click on the client's card. This will expand the card to show all sessions associated with that client.
Click on Provider Notes or Client Notes to view the corresponding notes for that session.
(NOTE: If you see a loading spinner when trying to view the notes, this means the notes are still being processed. Please wait a moment and try again later.)
Steps to Remove the UNHUSH App from the Zoom Marketplace
Click Manage>>Added Apps or search for the UNHUSH app in the search bar.
Select the UNHUSH app from the list of added apps.
Click Remove
Implications of Removing the UNHUSH App
Once removed, the UNHUSH app will no longer have access to your Zoom account data or recordings.
UNHUSH does not store any personal data from your Zoom account. The app only stores the meeting ID, which is mapped to internal user data within the UNHUSH system for note processing purposes.
